Welcome to BYK Logistics™. By joining and participating in our VTC, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms outline the expectations, responsibilities, and rules that all members must follow.

2. Membership Requirements

- Members must have a valid TruckersMP account and comply with TruckersMP rules
- A Discord account is required for communication and event coordination
- Members must represent BYK Logistics™ positively within the TruckersMP community
- Any form of cheating, hacking, or exploiting is strictly prohibited

3. Code of Conduct

- Treat all members with respect and professionalism
- Follow VTC event rules and convoy guidelines at all times
- Use appropriate language in all communication channels
- Do not spam, harass, or engage in toxic behavior
- Advertising, self-promotion, or recruitment for other VTCs is not allowed without permission

4. Activity and Participation

- Members are encouraged to participate in convoys and VTC events regularly
- Extended inactivity without prior notice may result in removal from the VTC
- Members should use the official VTC tag and paint job when representing BYK Logistics™ in convoys

5. Media and Content Usage

- BYK Logistics™ may use screenshots and videos from events for promotional purposes
- Members who submit media content grant BYK Logistics™ permission to use it for marketing and social media

6. Disciplinary Actions

- Violating these Terms of Service may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or removal from the VTC
- Major offenses, such as hacking or rule evasion, will result in an immediate ban
- Management reserves the right to take necessary action based on the severity of the violation

7. Modifications to These Terms

- BYK Logistics™ reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time
- Members will be notified of any significant changes
- Continued participation in the VTC signifies acceptance of the updated Terms of Service

- Discord Username & ID – for communication and role assignments
- TruckersMP ID & Username – for verifying membership and managing events
- VTC Activity Logs – for tracking convoy participation and driver statistics
- Screenshots/Videos – if shared for media purposes (e.g., event highlights, promotions)
- Other Contact Information (if voluntarily provided) – for direct communication when necessary

3. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used for the following purposes:

- Member Verification – Ensuring only verified members access internal channels and participate in events
- Communication – Contacting members about convoys, events, and important VTC updates
- VTC Management – Tracking activity, performance, and administrative purposes
- Media and Promotion – If a member consents to sharing images/videos for promotional use

4. Data Sharing and Protection

- Internal Use Only – Your information is strictly used within the BYK Logistics™ management team
- No External Sharing – We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties outside BYK Logistics™
